This Site celebrates the life and writings of Esther Hewlett Copley (1786-1851) - an author, Moralist, and Woman of Quiet Courage who dared to choose a path less travelled while maintaining her beliefs and integrity with resilience and courage. Her voluminous works combine practicality with deep faith and, by influencing a generation of women, young adults, and children in the early 19th century and beyond.
